Virginia Giuffre, Epstein and Prince Andrew's accuser, dies

VIrginia Giuffre, who accused British Prince Andrewt and other influential men of sexual exploitation as a teenager, who are traded by the donor Jeffrey Epstein, is dead. He was 41.
Giuffre died on Friday with his suicide in his West -Australian farm, confirmed his public.
“Virginia was a fierce warrior in the fight against sexual abuse and sexy trade. He was a light that raised so many survivors,” his family said in his statement. “Despite all the failures he faced in his life, he shone so bright. He stays over the measure.”
His publicist Dini von Mueffling described Giuffre as “deeply loving, wise and funny”.
“He adored his children and many animals. He was always more worried about me than himself,” von Mueffling wrote in his statement. “I miss him beyond words. His representation was a privilege of life.”
Giuffre, who has been born in Australia for years in Australia, became promoter of sexy trade survivors after he had become the central character of Epstein's long -term decline.
A rich, well-combined New York Money Manager killed himself in August 2019, waiting for the US Federal sexy trade accusation, which included dozens of teenage girls and young women, some young 14-year-olds. The accusations were 14 years after the police first investigated the allegations in Palm Beach in Palm Beach in Florida.
Giuffre reached publicly after the initial investigation ended in an 18-month Florida prison sentence for Epstein, who signed a secret agreement to avoid federal accusation, convicting himself to guilty of relatively lower state-level accusations of prostitution. He was released in 2009.
In the following cases, Giuffre said that he was a teenage spa transmitter Mar-a-Lagos-President Donald Trump Palm Beach Club, as Epstein's girlfriend and later employee Ghislaine Maxwell turned to Maxwell in 2000.
Giuffre said that Maxwell hired him for Epstein's masseuse, but the couple actually made him a sexual servant, pushing him not only Epstein, but also his friends and co -workers. Giuffre said he flew around the world with men, including Prince Andrew when he was 17 and 18 years old.
The men denied it and attacked Giuffre's credibility. He acknowledged the main details of his account, including the age, with which he first met Epstein.
But many parts of his story were supported by documents, witness testimonies and photographs – including one of him and Andrew, his hand around his bare midfielder, Maxwelli in the London city house.
Giuffre said in one of his cases that he had sex with the royal three times: in London during his 2001 trip, Epstein in New York Manor, when he was 17, and on the Virgin Islands when he was 18 years old.
“Ghislaine said:” I want you to do what you do for her for Epstein, “” Giuffre spoke to NBC News “Dateline” In September 2019.
Andrew categorically rejected Giuffre's claims and said he did not recall that he had met him.
His denials blown him during the November 2019 BBC interview. The viewers saw the prince who offered curious refutations – for example, Giuffre challenged a sweaty dancing reminder, saying that he was not medically capable of sweating – and did not show empathy for the women who said Epstein abused them.
Within a few days after the interview, Andrew entered his royal responsibilities. He was in 2022 to receive an unpaid amount to Giuffre, agreeing to make a “important donation” to his survivors. A statement to the court said that the Prince admitted Epstein's sexy trade and Giuffre “victim of well -established abuse”.
He also lodged lawses related to Epstein and others, and at least in some cases. In one case, he gave up his claims against an outstanding US lawyer, saying that he could identify him as one man to whom Epstein had given him.
Epstein's suicide ended the hopes of his accusers to keep him criminal.
Maxwell was convicted of the accusations of federal sex trade and conspiracy in 2021 and was sentenced to 20 years of prison. He said he was not guilty of Epstein's abuse.
The prosecutors decided not to add Giuffre's allegations to the Maxwell case, but Giuffre later told the court that the British group had “opened the door to hell”.
Giuffre, born Virginia Roberts, told the interviewers that his childhood was crushed when he was sexually abused to classical school age whose family knew. Later, he ran away from home and more abuse on the farm, he said.
He said he met his current husband in 2002 during the massage training at Epstein. He married, moved to Australia and had a family.
Giuffre was founded in 2015 by the Advocacy Charity Organization SOAR.
Giuffre separated his husband and children this year. He was charged with a violation of the prohibition of violence in February, and he was sued in the city of Perth, where his alienated husband and children live.
He still had to prosecute. The conviction would have served a possible maximum sentence, which is a two -year prison sentence.
Giuffre was taken to the hospital after a serious accident, his public reported last month. He did not answer questions about the date, location, nature or other specifics of the accident, and the accuracy of an Instagram post from Giuffre. The post said he had been in a car hit by a school bus and his forecast was terrible.
He is survived by his three children, who was described in the statement as the light of his life.
Giuffre's lawyer Sigrid McCawley said in his statement: “His courage made me strainter and his strength was awe -inspiring. The world has lost an amazing person today. Rest in peace, my lovely angel.”
AP is not detected by people who say they were victims of sexual assault when they have not been publicly encountered.
