The biggest problems cannot be googled

Throughout history, man solved problems with the toolbox of his time. This caused delays in hundreds of years. The abandonment of old intuitions resolved more than the original problem

The fact that we live inside the events is misleading.

It's not a matrix. This is the prejudice of the accusability. We think that what we see is everything and the problems we are facing in front of us should be dealt with.

At that moment, I could have gone to solve personal and commercial problems, judgment and even racism. But I am limited to the problems that humanity deals with as a whole. Not only because I prefer not to walk to the minimum fields, but also because I believe they are not the same. The first is related to psychology and below – vision and strategy.

Let's look at some examples of history. Mankind, facing a great challenge, draws solutions from the existing toolbox of their time. Relief was achieved only by temporary or coincidence. The actual solution was due to a complete change of perspective. And when this new perspective and the subsequent intuition were applied – even more was achieved. Further than solving the original problem.

Black death

And we thought the Covid was badAnd we thought the Covid was bad

Black death was a plague pandemic, which occurred in Europe between 1347 and 1351. As many as 50 million people were killed, about 50% of the European population. This caused the ripping of social change, which we experience to this day. Religion was a solution to a major problem in its time. The people in your village die terribly? You should pray together if they are poorly ventilated in the church. Oh, and add the flagellation yourself so that your skin is well bruised to enjoy a great sewer.

Who could have imagined that there are creatures that are smaller than the eye sees, killing us millions? To avoid them (and hundreds of years later – killing them) would have saved us. The opportunity to perceive the scale and complexity at different magnitude did not only change how we cope with pandemics – which dramatically improved our lives (and longer).

The crisis of a horse manure

Fortunately, the picture is black and white. And he has no scent.Fortunately, the picture is black and white. And he has no scent.

Fast forward to the 19th century, urban populations and the number of horses increased. In the early 1800s, farmers were happy to bought it (fertilizer), but towards the end of the century, “New York 100,000 horses” produced “£ 2.5 million a day, creating mountains of things that, even if wages, were not found enough. Atlantic experts predicted The cities were saved from burial – there were cars.

Mass transport sans muscles? Considered science fiction – until it was everywhere. And without animals, transport changed much more than just sanitary conditions. It is one of the main building blocks in the world.

Indoor pollution

Inner pollution was a major contributor to the (comparable) (comparable) short life. Even today, it causes 6.7 million premature deaths every year. One third of the world still uses inefficient ovens that burn biomass. For centuries it was a solution to solve indoors – to build high ceiling, open windows, bake outdoors – and try to use different combustion materials to reduce smoke.

Electricity? This is what Zeus and Thor use it to hit trees and sharp buildings. The production of light and heat from electricity did not only improve health, but extended the day (cheap, clean light), which influenced leisure, education, economy and equality.

But don't let smoke, smell and skeleton blur your eyesight.

We do not discuss technological development in the meaning of gradual improvement. Neither ice trade or water and wastewater system. Not even communication or calculation. These are all the processes that improved over time. We are discussing the solutions that come from a completely different way of viewing reality.

Today: Health inequality – Hammer with information

What are we worried about today? Global warming? National rivalry? A disease? Inequality? Resources? Yes.

Let me do the thesis that the toolbox we are currently drawing is information. We behave as if there was a solution somewhere there and we only have to find, agree, persuade or create more information to achieve it.

So we crave, create, pile and support the information.

In recent centuries and exponentially in recent decades, we invented methods for creating and manipulating information. Digitized, built search engines, we created compilers and invented CGI. And now we wonder our latest invention – algorithms that inherit and create information at the human level. We are proud of our creations and call it “intelligent” because we have a tendency to breathe in everything that seems human.

But we don't stop to investigate why. Why do we need this information? Did it solve our main problems?

I argue that it is not. Not only did it have worsened what we are trying to solve.

Does social media and the ability to create content for entertainment (Instagram, Games, Netflix, Twitter, News) improve the use of our time? Can we easily manipulate people's prejudices (advertising, lobbying, news) reduced inequality? Does the ability to distribute notifications reduce national rivalry? Did we find that a solution has been agreed somewhere for global warming? Do research and scientific methodology lead us at an acceptable pace?

This does not mean that our general condition did not improve. He has. Similarly, repair, hygiene, high ceilings, windows and streets improved our condition in the past. But it hasn't turned it. It did not create a platform for our species in a way that we did not dream of before.

What new tools can we use?

Dimension – At the time of black death, we had to accept that we perceive the dimensions (scale) may be a reason. And today – are we sure that the intuition of our dimensions is right? It is still discussed and difficult to accept (even by Einstein, who rejected the quantum mechanics at the center) – probably there are endless universes in parallel with us. How do these universes affect us? How can we use them? Work with them?

Transportation – We moved from animals that carry and pull in lifeless creation. But is this the only way to move the atomic collection from one point to another? We already (we think we) know that we exist in a foldable constant. How about bending this will? How about it? Not that I do not mention parallel.

Distinction – We think about units to the world. People, trees, stones. We group (mammals, plants), but always set limits. Where one unit ends and the other begins. Is it right or forcing what is easier to perceive and calculate? An alternative view is to view things as connected systems. Even as continuity. This view allows us to communicate and manipulate the environment (and our connected-to-toe) yet to imagine. The complexity of happiness though.

Cooperation – We wonder our ability to generate and transfer coded information and visuals. We teach our digital creation to do the same. However, organisms (hives, forests) with several creations solve cooperation in different ways. Their thinking, acting and intelligence are divided into unity. They perceive time, me, motivation and activities differently. What can we achieve if we manage to act more as a unit and less individuals? What happens when we expand this cooperation for non -human, creatures and created?

Brave new intuition. Vapper New World.

Finding a way to expand our intuition changes the revolution of our future. Not only does this solve the current problems – it will change humanity in ways that we do not yet imagine. Judging by our past (in the universe, we think we live …), these perceptions of perception made our lives radically better. The use of resources to open their horizons is good. This is an exponential progress that scrolling Instagram and keeping a step with news is unlikely to achieve.
