SEC To Host Crypto Roundtable With BlackRock, Fidelity, & Nasdaq

The Crypto Working Group of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced a major round table which will be held on May 12 at the SEC headquarters in Washington, DC In addition, the event will bring together the leaders of traditional finance giants to discuss the collaboration of traditional finances with finances decentralized by the tokenization of assets.

According to the Dry press releaseThe sec has gathered an impressive list of participants. In addition, this includes leaders of the main traditional financial institutions and blockchain companies. The event will include two main group discussions by focusing on different aspects of the tokenization of assets.
The first panel, “Evolution of Finance: Capital Markets 2.0”, will be moderate by Jeff Dinwoodie de Vervath and includes eminent executives of large financial companies. Robert Mitchnick will represent Blackrock, the largest asset manager in the world. In addition, Blackrock and the strategy participated in a competition to acquire BTC. According to the latest details, the strategy bought 1,895 bitcoin for $ 180 million.

The Commission created the crypto working group on January 21 under the president of the time, Mark T. Uyeda.
The announcement of the dry comes in the middle of the growing deposits of the Crypto ETF. In one of the recent updates, Vaneck has filed a S1 form with the Commission for an ETF BNB.
