Oreo's crazy scientists are there again.
The company has unveiled another unexpected flavor for the cookie line, announcing plans for a limited edition in a limited edition of Oreos flavored in Bretzels coated with chocolate, which will release the shelves on May 5.
It will be the first “sweet and salty” cookie of the brand. The Baker says it will have a chocolate flavor cream, sandwiched between Bretzel cookies that are lined with salt.
There has not been a shortage of Oreo flavors unique in recent years. Among the offerings seen on store shelves, there was the Toffee Crunch, the birthday cake, the Java chip, the ground cake, mint and coca-cola.

The new fusion of flavors occurs a few months after Oreo's parent company, Mondelez International, began to equip food scientists with access to artificial intelligence tools to help them find new flavors.
