New Russian video shows North Korean training with modern weapons

On Monday, the Russian Ministry of Defense released a new video of North Korea's training training, which used modern small weapons used in the Ukrainian War.
During the 77-second assembly published in the country's media outlet dish, soldiers who drilled the movement of the fire, the shot from the cover, the cleaning and teaching of ditches on how to use Russian standard service hand grenades.
Some troops can be noticed with the AK-12, the fifth-generation modular attack gun, which entered the service in Russia around 2020. Several rifles can be seen with reflexes and forerunners.
Back home, North Korean troops are known to be known and fight the Type-88, which is a localized version of the Soviet-era AK-74 rifle.
In addition, the clips have soldiers trained with a SVD sniper gun, also known as “Dragunov”, and a pk machine gun fed with a belt.
Another clip showed a soldier on RPG-7, a rocket-moving grenade launcher, which Russia is now using in service. It triggers a high explosive anti -tank control from the weapon.
Namely, all these small weapons are on the list of weapons and equipment, which Ukrainian military intelligence said that Russia pointed to the North Korea forces in November 2024.
The shots also show a soldier who fired in the air with a semi-automatic 12-dimensional gun, known as VEPR-12, which can be seen with an extended choke. This muzzle attachment is usually used to transform the gun into an anti -drone weapon as it reduces the spread of pellets and expands the extent of the weapon.
It is known that both Ukrainian and Russian troops are hoping to remove the drones on guns. Tass wrote that North Korean troops trained with 12-dimensional guns for this purpose.
The national media also wrote that the clip soldiers were part of the North Korea troops in Kursk, where Pyongyang had sent thousands of troops to strengthen Russia. Business Insider could not independently control the authenticity of this statement.
The Russian and the North Korea Union is a concern for the West
The new clip will arrive after Russia and the North Korea both publicly admitted last weekend that the North Korea troops had fought against Ukrainian troops, after months of silence, despite the silence of Pyongyang.
Their partnership has caused anxiety in the West and South Korea, who fear that North Korea troops can gain vital battle experiences and learn to fight modern weapons and drones.
Many of these soldiers were sent to ground attacks, which often caused death or serious injuries. This tactic has changed the feature of the Russian strategy to exhaust Ukrainian resources. The preliminary reports of the forefront described Pyongyang's troops without preparing, not knowing how to cope with exploding drones and take great losses.

But there are also signs that they have adapted, for example, a drawing, which Ukraine said it was caught by a North Korea destroyer describing how to lure drone with a fellow soldier. North Korea troops are likely to have their first opportunity to monitor the use of advanced Ukrainian weapons such as Himars and Abrams.
On the battlefield, they have proven to be many persistent than their Russian colleagues, loading and progressing in the front “human waves” without supporting armor. Ukrainian troops have said that they worked hard to occupy the North Koreans, as the latter often tried to kill themselves, not to surrender.
A spokesman for the US Department of State told media outlets earlier this week that the posting of Pyongyang troops was still concerned about Washington, saying that third countries like North Korea's “despised the Russian-Ukrainian war” and are responsible.
