Last of us Part 3: What to know about the seraphite

WitArning: This post contains spoilers for 3 part of The last of us Season 2.

Following the devastating events of last Sunday's episode The last of usThis week's installment was celebrated by the new chapter for Ellie (Bella Ramsey) and the rest of the infected Horde attack on Jackson's survivors.

After a cold open opening, in which we saw Tommy (Gabriel Luna) with his brother's body final goodbye and Ellie wakes up at Jackson's hospital as she returned to Joel's death, jumped 3th in a few months in the spring of spring to finally go home. That evening, Dina (Isabela Merced) showed that she had originally lied and actually knew the names of Abby (Kaitlyn Dever) and the home base and the rest of the team who helped Joeli brutally kill.

Dina explained that she had seen one of these backpack patches with a yellow triangle, a wolf head and stars. He had then combined it with one story Eugene (Joe Pantoliano), the late spouse of Catherine O'Hara Gaili, told him when he was a member of the fire fan from the Seattle Military Group who had also tried to fight Fedraga called Washington Liberation Front – AKA WLF or when they are in the video game.

Of course, it was Ellie Raaring to jump towards Seattle. But after the girls talked about Tommy what they knew, he demanded that they take the topic in the Town Hall where the Jackson Council made it to Tommy's support 8-3 8-3. Ellie and Dina then moved to Seattle with the help of their unlikely new ally Seth (Robert John Burke). It was a deviation from what was happening The last of us Part II A video game that has no vote for the Town Hall. After Joel's death game, Tommy leaves Seattle to first hunt Abby, prompting Ellie and Dina to follow.

By the end of the episode, Ellie and Dina had reached this Seattle and was preparing to enter the city under the misconception that the WLF was a relatively insignificant force. However, the final scene made it clear that the wolves are much more powerful than the girls seem to believe – not to mention that they also have a pretty intense fire.

In the midst of these developments, we were also introduced to a whole new group of survivors, who will play a big role in the performance – that is, if it remains at least somewhat faithful to the events of the game.

Who are the serafids?

About 20 minutes after the episode, the show was cut by a Jackson group that hikes through the forest around Seattle. While all the men had shaved their heads and wearing mysterious symbols, the most noticeable feature of the group was that each and every member had a glasgow smile -type scars that were carved in their face. In this first scene, one of the men walked with a little girl (probably her daughter) and explained to her that they were leaving home to get away from the war.

Then the group seemed to be attacked and later in the episode Ellie and Dina discovered their bodies while driving on the same road to Seattle. Although the show has not yet revealed their identity, someone who has played a video game admits as members of the seraphite.

Seraphides, known as scars, are also part of the religious cult, which was founded in Seattle years after the initial outbreak of the Cordyceps pandemic and relied on their belief system on a woman's teachings called the prophet. In The last part of us Part IIThe prophet has been dead for several years, but we know he believed that the outbreak was a punishment for the supremacy of mankind's excessive technology and therefore proclaimed something “produced in the Old World” while living and avoiding the country. Although the seraphids began as a peaceful community, as they grew as fanaticism, they began to involve the ever strange and brutal practices of their lifestyle.

As for why they are important in the year The last part of us Part IISeraphids have been intensively fought with wolves to drive Seattle after WLF dropped Fedra and took control of the city. Nothing if the show continues to follow a similar path like a game, this means that we learn about the seraphite and the part they still have to learn.
