The largest US bank provides capital on an investment in a company that specializes in drone defense technologies.
According to a Disclosure From the firm, Chase has become a “significantly with -hold” of Droneshield (DRO), which currently controls at least 5.31% of the remaining shares.
Droneshield is a company based in New South Wales, Australia, which specializes in radio frequency, artificial intelligence (AI), and electronic war.
The firm provides anti-drone technology to government, military, law enforcement, VIPs and other creatures.
At the time of writing, the DRO has reached 132% since January's 1st January, and rose to 1,475% from 2020 low, currently trading at $ 1.34 AUD ($ 0.87).
JPMorgan joined many other major institutions, including Vanguard, Charles Schwab, Fidelity and State Street, in the DRO holder.
As the bank continues to build positions in various ownership, its CEO, Jamie Dimon, has been offering her shares to JPMorgan itself since February of 2024.
Dimon sold 133,639 sharing of the largest US bank by total assets on April 14th, for a total of approximately $ 31.50 million, and in February, the CEO sold 866,361 JPMorgan Chase sharing nearly $ 233.78 million when the stock traded near all hours of high level.
JPM shares are currently up to 13.8% in the year, trading at $ 253.
