FIFA + Collect the transfer of NFT explained
Based on the information shared on its website, the transfer process is free for all holders. However, the FIFA noted that any collectiv exports from the platform should be retired before May 20, 2025, to be integrated with the move. To facilitate this, the FIFA to collect the accounts temporarily allow the re-import function. Holders who do not re-import their items by deadline will need to contact customer support and may need to go through an additional verification process.
Moving FIFA to leave Algorand and create its EVM compatible with the blockchain network is a strategic step to position itself with a broader industrial trend as more projects embrace Ethereum standards to boost the scalability, interoperability, and adoption of the developer.
