Falls at 0.5900 support after broke under nine days of mother

  • NZD/USD may challenge psychological resistance in 0.5950, with the ability to expand the benefits to the six-month highest level of 0.6038.
  • The 14-day RS, located above 50 characters, signals the continued bullish bias.
  • A decisive pause for less than nine days of the mother can damage the short -term bullish momentum.

The NZD/USD pair extends the loss of the second consecutive session, traded on Wednesday in early hours 0.5920.

The technical specifications of the day chart indicate a short -term neutral prejudice, with a couple of water moving around the nine -day exponential moving average (mother). Further movement offers a clear trend.

However, the 14-day relative strength index (RSI) is still over 50 signs, which refers to Bullish prejudice. If the 14-day RSI rises to the 70-sign, it can strengthen the bullish market.

On the fourth, an immediate barrier appears at a psychological level of 0.5950. Further resistance will appear at a six -month level of 0.6038, last seen in November 2024. A continuous pause above this level can open the doors to explore its seven -month height area near 0.6350, which is listed in October 2024.

A successful pause below the nine-day mother can weaken the short-term bullish momentum and open the door for a 50-day mother for 0.5799 for the next shade of the door.

Further depreciation would exacerbate the bear's tilting and exert a downward pressure on the NZD/USD to test the support of 0.5485 – a level that is not visited from March 2020.
