‘Saturday Night Live’ Roasts AI Image of Trump Dressed As the Pope

“Saturday Night Live” has not lost time to distort an image generated by Donald Trump disguised as Pope who was shared by the White House and the President.

In the “weekend updates” segment, the star of the SNL Colin Jost made fun of the image, which represented the president wearing ornate white papal dresses, claiming that Trump “apparently commanded a single ticket for hell”.

Jost added: “Who publishes a photo of themselves dressed like a guy who died a week ago?”

Trump attended the funeral of Pope Francis, the 266th leader of the Roman Catholic Church on April 26. On Saturday, Trump and the White House published an image generated by AI in Instagram.

Jost also took a blow on vice-president JD Vance, a Catholic convert, saying that if Trump seriously wanted to be the pope, “he should stay far from JD Vance.” Vance met Pope Francis the day before his death.

Jost jokingly added that Trump had to pass the open coffin and thought: “Oh, we should do a” who wore him best? “”

The actor ended up condemning the image, saying: “Trump's photo seems slightly disrespectful.”

On Tuesday, Tuesday, journalists asked Trump if he had someone in mind to be the next pope, to whom he joked: “I would like to be pope; it would be my number one choice.”

SNL was not the only one to target the image of Trump's AI. The Catholic Conference of New York State sentenced the post to X: “There is nothing intelligent or funny in this image, Mr. President.”

“We have just built our beloved pope François and the cardinals are about to enter a solemn conclave to elect a new successor from Saint-Pierre. Do not make fun of us,” added the group.

The conservative commentator Bill Kristol, and former chief of staff of the vice-president during the Bush administration, asked Vance on X if he was “agree with this lack of respect and mockery of the Holy Father?”

Vance retaliated, responding to job“” As a rule, I agree with people who tell jokes and do not agree with people who start stupid wars who kill thousands of my compatriots. “”

Elmo turned to the ice

SNL continued its satire during its “cold” segment, referring to the 100 days of Trump.

Trump, played by James Austin Johnson, boasted that “it had been 100 since I was president” and signed around 147 decrees, to “prohibit paper straws to the financing of the PBS”.

Johnson joked by saying that Elmo, a character of “The Muppets”, had been given to immigration and the application of customs because “l means El Salvador”.

He also joked, “the recession will now be called” recreation “. Fun, right?… America, are preparing for a historically long break! “”

The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comments from commercial initiates.
