In the Corporate training program of the Tekedia Institute, we see that companies are more focused on operations and implementation, and that is partly because from vision to strategy, tools like AI are helping more. As usual, I noticed that the only plan that had an impact was that the customer felt through products or services. If you plan or conceive a strategic plot, and customers are not affected by the outcomes, it means that you have removed energy and wasted resources to the firm.
