The cryptocurrency analyst says that altcoins can begin to outdo Bitcoin (BTC) when one key meter hits the pivotal level.
Pseudonymous analyst known as RKT Capital announce Its 545 100 followers on the social media platform X that Bitcoin domination (BTC.D) may soon enter downwards, setting ATTS to outdo the flagship cryptocurrency.
Bitcoin is currently dominated by 64.73%. Traders use the BTC.D to monitor whether the altcoins outperform Bitcoin, as the metric calculates how much of the cryptocurrency ceiling is owned by the BTC.
“As history repeats, the real Alteason begins, which everyone expects when Bitcoin dominates 71% close to 71% (red).
An analyst also states that BTC.D is likely to require 64% of the monthly chart, similar to a similar pattern that took place in 2019, when the metric rose to 71% before entering the decline.
“BTC dominant indeed the highest (black) re -tested in November 2024, ~ 64% (blue). Now Bitcoin dominates itself for 64% repayment. BTC dominance is likely to be 64% very similar to ~ 60% withdrawal.”
