Mark Zuckerberg reveals the morning routine that’s ‘better than caffeine’

Many working parents wake up to more than one type of excitement – often balancing a prep at school with an invasion of work emails detailing new flames that need to be released. For Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, work fires will come every morning like a clock.
When Zuckerberg woke up between 7:00 am and 7:30 am, usually at the sound of one of his three daughters, he was immediately pulled to his phone.
“I look at my phone, and this is all the things these people do. Like me, did you? He said in a recent -what Podcast with comedian Theo Von.
But tech billionaire has a morning hack to manage stress and better launch in problem solving mode. It is as important as remote work and 24/7 communication will blur the lines between work and home life.
“I built myself and fought for two hours, relatives myself, and like, now I can deal with these things,” he said to the podcast.
Exercise is a proven way to improve overall health and manage stress. Regular exercise can boost the mood by release endorphins, reduce the risk of anxiety and sadness, and improve the quality of sleep.
A few years ago, the star of the Silicon Valley began to conduct Brazilian Jujitsu, a type of martial art. The whole internet seems to be talking about how Zuckerberg got the buff (in 2023, even The New York Times Called him ”Completely shredded”)
“I woke up, and I was fighting people,” he told Von.
And Zuckerberg added that he was fighting for about two hours in the morning. “I'm doing something more noticeable, and it's really fun,” he said. “I think this is the greatest sport. It stimulates neurologically. Good cardio.”
Zuckerberg had earlier told Joe Rogan that he had followed the workout because he was satisfied and expected. Experts said Fate Love your kind of exercise is the safest way to stay in a regular regimen.
“What is something that is both super engaging physically, but also intellectual, where you can't focus on others?” He told Rogan. “After an hour or two to exercise or twist or wrestle with friends or training with different people, I'm ready to solve any work problems for the day.”
