The long-awaited update of KASPA's Crescendo was officially live yesterday. It is a large technical milestone that exacerbates the network speed from 1 block per second to 10 blocks per second. Upgrading also includes some improvements aimed at helping KASPA's scale even better in the future.
But despite all the chaos that leads to it, KAS's price doesn't really move. It has been around 7.5 cents, and there is no basic breakout or reaction from the market. So why is the price of KASPA flat even after one of its biggest upgrades?
Here are three possible reasons.
1. The news is that it is already a priest
The price of KAS has made a huge move before updating Crescendo even to survive. Back in March, it dropped around $ 0.57. From there, it booked for more than $ 0.10, so it was almost doubling in just a few weeks.

This type of rally usually means the market expects something big and entrepreneurs buy early. By the time the actual upgrade occurred, the excitement was already -Cool. This is a classic example of “Buy the rumor, sell the news” – And in this case, it seems like many entrepreneurs have taken their positions and earned income before the official launch.
2. The market is now annoying
Although Kashpa makes motions on the tech side, the rest of the crypto market is a bit dull today. Bitcoin moves sideways, the altcoins are mostly red or stuck in tight ranges, and not only hype is rotating.
When the whole market is flat or slightly down, it is difficult for any single coin to shine. Although the grounds are strong, traders tend to follow the general emotion. So far, not only has a lot of energy in space, and it is likely to prevent Kasha.

3. Upgrades do not always mean those acquired instant prices
Just because a project releases a huge upgrade does not mean that the price will shower up immediately. Sometimes, it takes time for improvements that are fully appreciated or even detected by the broader market.
We saw this happened before. Ethereum's Shanghai upgrade did not lead to a massive overnight price move. Cardano also went through major updates in the past, with price reactions delayed or that -mute.
UPGRADE CRESCENDO of KASPA is a big deal for long -term. It improves scalability, reduces network congestion, and opens the door for more advanced line use cases. But in the short term, these types of changes do not always translate into immediate price action.
In the end, Kashpa quietly builds and makes real development. The price may not reflect right away, but the foundation is growing. If the market woke up and the momentum returned, KAS could be one of the coins that benefits most, especially now that its tech is ready for the next level.
