Falcon finance. Following a successful closed beta phase that attracts more than 200 million dollars to the total amount locked (TVL), the protocol makes its key features available to all users. The launch also marked the “Falcon Miles” debut, a score program designed to reward significant participation in the entire ecosystem and encourage user growth.
Public access now includes the main functioning of Falcon's maintenance and redemption. The $ USDF, the overcollateralized synthetic dollar of the protocol, can be minted by depositing supported collateral, including both stablecoins and non-stablecoins. Eligible assets include USDT, USDC, ETH, BTC, TON, close, and more.
Essentially, all $ USDF holding in contact with the Falcon app can stake or unstake $ USDF through the platform and earn yields that protocol generated by $ SUSDF. The staking process is designed to access and flexible, with the option to relax the fixed tenor vault for the improved return. When stuck, $ USDF is converted to $ SUSDF, a token that carries the yield that grows in value over time. The $ SUSDF is enabled by various Falcon's yield techniques, which include both positive and negative delta-neutral funding rates of funding rate, cross-exchange spread, altcoin's liquidity and stumping. So far, the $ SUSDF offers around 15% APY, with a higher return available by fixed-ten-resting by the strengthened NFT yield.
Next to the public launch, Falcon Finance introduced Falcon Miles, a program throughout the ecosy system designed to reward user participation. In its initial phase, Falcon Miles monitors key activities available directly to the Falcon app, including USDF mininting, SUSDF staking, and holding possession of the platform. Points are accumulated based on the scale and duration of contact.
Expanding eligible activities will be included continuously as the wider ecosystem rollout continues. In future stages, users will also get points by providing liquidity to decentralized exchanges, interacting with lending protocols, and participating in yield tokenization platforms.
“With Falcon Finance now lives in public, our goal is to bring greater optionality to users who are looking for flexible synthetic dollars solutions,” said Andrei Grachev, managing the Falcon Finance partner. “Falcon Miles has marked the beginning of a broader effort to come up with a strong community where users will significantly reward for their participation and contributions to Falcon Finance.”
The next chapter for Falcon Finance will include additional collateral support, a program-driven program “Miles”, and cross-chain deployment. These will provide Falcon Finance to advance its mission to help shape the next period of synthetic digital assets.
